PURPOSE:To simplify the adjustment of resist matching and color balance by providing a generating circuit for a signal the same as that on an original at an image reproducing side. CONSTITUTION:A reflected light as the result of irradiation of an original 5 is separated into three colors B, G, R at an original reading section 1 and the image of the colors is formed respectively on CCDs 13, 15 and 17. Each CCD converts the strength of the light signal into the strength of a voltage and amplifies it, the signal is A/D-converted and inputted to an image reproducing section 2. The color separation signals B, G, R inputted to the reproducing section 2 are stored respectively to memories 31-33 via a selector 30. Each color signal of the memories 31-33 is subjected to prescribed processing at an image processing circuit 71, a laser light is irradiated on a sheet of transfer paper on photosensitive drums 37-39 via a laser driver circuit 72 to form latent image. A color signal the same as signal obtained by reading a test chart at a reading section is stored in nonvolatile memories 73-75, this signal is stored to the memories 31-33 via a selector 30, and an image is formed on the transfer paper so as to attain ease of resist matching or the like. |
