PURPOSE:To easily and safely get on and off a train in the case of a wheelchair users movement carried out using a wheeled device. CONSTITUTION:A platform is provided with a slope forming body structure consisting of a slope plate 1 which has its tip edge located at the end edge on a roadway side of a platform corresponding to the getting on and off door of a stopping vehicle 8 and an upper face set up to coincide with the upper face of the platform; and a tilting device which is arranged under the slope plate 1 and tilts' the slope plate 1 for raising its tip edge. A moving drive device 5 is provided to support the slope forming body structure movably toward the getting on and off door on the side of the platform and to move the slope forming structure body forward and backward, and a closing cover 2 to close after the advance of the slope forming structure body is provided. A wheel falling off preventing side plate is provided on both the sides of the slope plate 1 so as to protrude upward interlockingly with the tilting of the slope plate 1.
