The battery staking device includes a base plate on which a pair of posts stand, a post bush moving up and down through compression springs, a rising preventing plate for suppressing the rising of the post bush, a punch fixing plate inserted into the post bush, a shank which is installed on the punch fixing plate and has an elastic product weight and spring, a detachable punch having punch blades, slider covers fixed on the guiding groove formed on both sides of the base plate, a pair of slider preventing plates fixed on both slider covers, a stopping pin installed on the front part of the guiding groove, and a setting stopper fixed on the back part of the guiding groove, thereby supplying a battery set having excellent quality, and facilitating manufacture due to a simple construction.
