PURPOSE:To fix a chip easily and improve accuracy by providing a chip support section at a molding part of a valve axis end butting section and forming a flowing space of a fluid resin material at the valve axis end butting section of a valve axis end butting chip supported by the support section. CONSTITUTION:In a central part of a recess 3d for setting a chip support section formed in a lover mold 3, a chip supporting member 5 for the center is arranged. Four chip supporting members 4 for the corners are arranged rectangularly at regular intervals with center at the central part so as to place and support a square valve axis end butting chip 6 on the chip supporting member 5 for the center and the chip supporting member 4 for the corners. At a valve axis end butting section 6a of the valve axis end butting chip 6, a flowing space 7 for a fluid resin material is formed. |
