PURPOSE:To provide a skin material for stamping with high finishing precision and a method for making the skin material. CONSTITUTION:A skin material is made by laminating a soft sheet with PP foam. The soft sheet is molded by drawing; the PP foam is compression molded. The rate of change of the total thickness is 4.5% or less at 120-140 deg.C.
