<p>PURPOSE:To provide a tail gate containing type ladder rail which is safely set in a desired position and contained in a compact manner. CONSTITUTION:A tail gate containing type ladder rail comprises a ladder rail 4 removably embedded in a containing part 3 formed inside a tail gate 2; a coupling stay 14 to intercouple the tail gate 2 and the ladder rail 4 through universal joints 15 and 16 situated at two ends; and a guide rail 7 laid along the longitudinal direction of the containing part 3 and slidably supporting the universal joint 15 of the coupling stay 14. The ladder rail 4 is caused to span in an arbitrary position in the direction of the width of the tail gate 2. The ladder rail 4 comprises inner and outer plates 5 and 6 intercoupled in an fit-in slide type and the coupling stay 14 is provided with an adjuster stay 17.</p> |
