<p>PURPOSE:To provide a producing method of a color filter on which fine patterns of many colors having a uniform thickness and high accuracy are formed on a substrate with the good follow-up characteristic of a photosensitive film and workability and has excellent heat resistance. CONSTITUTION:This producing method of the color filter comprises forming multicolor patterns by repeating processes for sticking the photosensitive film consisting of a base film and the photosensitive resin layer colored to one color onto a transparent substrate in such a manner that the colored photosensitive resin layer faces the substrate, exposing the film to form the prescribed patterns, peeling the base film and developing the photosensitive resin layer. The shape of the color filter is formed as a square pixel of a mosaic type. The feed direction of the photosensitive film is set to a direction orthogonal with the diagonal line of the pixel of the first color at the time of sticking of the second and subsequent color pixels.</p> |
