PURPOSE:To make a uniform distribution of temperature within a second freezing temperature region and to improve a storing characteristic of food by a method wherein a first freezing temperature region, a second freezing temperature region, a cold air duct and an auxiliary cold air duct for blowing cold air branched from the cold air duct are provided. CONSTITUTION:A freezing refrigerator is comprised of a first freezing temperature region chamber 2 of a freezing chamber for forcedly circulating a cold air and cooling it, a second freezing temperature region chamber 3 covered by an openable or closable lid 16 at a door inner plate 15 of the first freezing temperature region chamber 2 and having a cold air inlet port at an upper part of the lid 16 and a cold duct 18 arranged at a ceiling part of the first freezing temperature region chamber 2 so as to feed and blow the cold air to cool the second freezing temperature region chamber 3. The cold air branched from the cold air duct 18 is blown from an auxiliary cold air duct 51. With such an arrangement, it is possible to make a uniform temperature distribution within the second freezing temperature region chamber 3 and to improve a storing characteristic of the food. |
