PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacture of a composite pad material of which quality is good wherein a low costed material can be applied and operation time can be shortened, and its bonding device by a method wherein a thick pad material and a low heat resistant front decorative material are enabled to be adhered to each other. CONSTITUTION:A method for manufacture of a composite pad material is composed of a process wherein a front decorative material 21 which is cut in a specific shape by applying a hot melt adhesive 23 to at least one side, and a pad material 22 are laminated, a process wherein either of the front decorative material 21 or the pad material 22 is pulled up to keep a specific gap between them, a process wherein a heater is inserted between the front decorative material 21 and the pad material 22 to heat the adhesive 23 and a bonded surface, and a process wherein under a state of superimposing the pad material 22 on the front decorative material 21, they are brought in pressure contact with each other to be bonded. |
