摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent a terminal voltage of each storage unit from exceeding a withstand voltage and thereby to improve the voltage-proof properties of power supply equipment by a construction wherein the chargeable-dischargeable power supply equipment constructed by connecting a plurality of storage units in series is provided with a means for regulating the terminal voltage of each storage unit so that it may not exceed a prescribed voltage at the time of charging. CONSTITUTION:Power supply equipment 13 is constructed of a plurality of storage units (capacitors) 14, and groups 15 of parallel storage units are formed by connecting a plurality of chargers 14 of small capacitance in parallel. The power supply equipment 13 is constructed by connecting these groups in a plurality in series. By forming the parallel storage unit groups 15 of the storage units 14 of small capacitance, the capacity is increased with the weight lessened as mush as possible, while nonuniformity in the characteristics of the storage units 14 is averaged. A plurality parallel storage units 15 are connected in series to improve withstand voltage. A Zener diode 18 is connected in parallel to a part of the parallel storage unit groups 15 so that a terminal voltage may not exceed a withstand voltage, and thereby the voltage-proof properties of the whole are improved.
