<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a satisfactory reproduced image by reducing a sampling clock jitter when a video signal of analog baseband is transmitted by using a digital communication line. CONSTITUTION:A sampling clock 4fSS is generated from the color burst of the video signal in a transmitter 100 by using a burst lock oscillator 2. A transmission line clock fS1 is generated by a phase-locked oscillator 8 which multiplies the clock 4fSS by M/N. In a receiver 200, a transmission line clock fR1 is sampled from reception data, and a sampling clock fRS is reproduced by using a phase-locked oscillator 12 which multilpies the clock fR1 by N/M.</p> |
