PURPOSE:To collect heavy metal in the waste product containing the heavy metal with high efficiency and also, to reduce heavy metal content in incineration ashes. CONSTITUTION:Chloride is mixed in the waste product containing the heavy metal to be incinerated with an incinerator 4 and the heavy metal in the waste product is scattered into combustion waste gas as metal chloride and the heavy metal content in the incineration ash 5 is reduced. A heavy metal collector is atomized into the combustion waste gas in which the metal chloride of the heavy metal scattered from a collector nozzle 8, and the metal chloride of the heavy metal is removed with a bag filter 9.
