<p>PURPOSE: To provide a device and a method for compensating heat insulation temperature of an inverter cooker, which compensates the temperature deviation specific to a product and the temperature deviation due to the deterioration of a temperature sensing element. CONSTITUTION: Current heat insulation temperature, which is sensed by a heat sensing element 106, and a compensation temperature data, which is input from a compensation temperature selecting unit 107, are computed by a control unit 102 so as to compute the final target heat insulation temperature. The control unit 102 outputs the drive control signal for controlling the drive of an upper, a lower and a side surface heaters on the basis of the computed target heat insulation temperature.</p> |
