<p>A heat generating composition adapted to generate heat in the presence of air is held in a gas-permeable storage bag, and this storage bag is sealed in an air-tight bag, an anti-slipping layer being formed on at least a part of the storage bag. The slipping of the storage bag in footwear is prevented, and a desired part of a foot of a user can be warmed.</p> |
