PURPOSE:To improve dimensional accuracy and quality by preventing generation of burrs on a joining face, by providing a tapered part on an outer wall of a sliding die exposed in a space closed by the sliding die and a movable die. CONSTITUTION:At the time of molding of an opaque part 5, an inner end face 31 of a sliding die 23 abuts against a molding space face 33 of a stationary die 19 and a space 27 to be closed by the stationary die 19, a movable die 21 and the sliding die 23 is filled with a transparent plastic material through an injection molding method. The plastic material is cast through a gate to be arranged to the stationary die 19. The sliding die 23 is moved backward to a position of a closed space 25 for formation of a transparent part 3 of a case from a molding cavity face 33 of the stationary die 19 after molding. Then the transparent part 3 of the case is formed by filling the space 25 to be closed by the opaque part 5 of the case, stationary die 19 and sliding die 23 with the transparent plastic material. The whole or a part of an outer wall 29 of the sliding die 23 to be exposed within the closed space 25 is provided with a tapered part 34. |
