PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized and light-weighted ultrasonographic probe, to remove artifacts due to multiple echo, and to obtain a good ultrasonographic diagnostic image. CONSTITUTION:This ultrasonographic diagnostic device is provided with an ultrasonic transducer 30, an ultrasonographic probe provided with a liquid transmission medium and a membrane-like substance, an ultrasonic receiving and transmitting circuit 50 for driving this ultrasonographic probe, a received signal processing means 55 for signal processing the echo information detected by the ultrasonographic probe and a displaying means 62 for displaying the signal processed echo information. In addition, the received signal processing means 55 is provided with an arithmetic function by which the tissue information of a living body is calculated by subtracting the membrane echo information coming from the membrane-like substance from the echo information of the ultrasonic pulse oscillated from the ultrasonic transducer 30. |
