PURPOSE:To provide an ultrasonic wave therapy device especially suitable for treating a malignant tumor. CONSTITUTION:Ultrasonic waves for irradiation are radiated from respective elements 1 consisting of an ultrasonic wave generator, an image pickup array- shaped transmitting/receiving probe 6 for monitoring the irradiation is arranged at the central part of the ultrasonic wave generator, and the array-shaped transmitting/receiving probe 6 for image pickup can be turned around a rod 7. Thus, a target to be irradiated can be positioned and the action can be detected. |
