Mechanical treatment process for mixed refuge

The process involves magnetic separation, reducing in size, wind sifting and drying. The impact process for reduction in size takes place simultaneously with the wind sifting and after the magnetic separation. Drying and selective grinding follow. The heavy material (metal and large particles of material not easily broken up) goes against a flow of gas for impact and gravity treatment, downwards, out of the impact size reduction cone. The device used includes a rotor (4) fitted vertically in a mill, through which gas flows upwards.
