CONSTITUTION:A character line (XYZF) is displayed on a display, and when the cursor K is displayed in character (Y), when a left cursor moving key is operated, since the cursor K enters a left move prohibition area, left scroll process control is executed, and the display screen is left scrolled, and the character (D) is displayed on the right end part of the display, and the cursor K is displayed on a position instructed by a left scroll prescribed position LSP.
