<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the cooling performance by bringing the cooling face of a core into tight contact with a cooling panel on the opposite sides through an elastic sheet or a rubber paste mold thereby improving the contacting state with the cooling face of core and transmission of heat. CONSTITUTION:A core 1 is tightened in the stacking direction by means of core tightening metals 2 arranged on the opposite sides in the stacking direction. A cooling panel 4 applied with adhesion layers 3 on the opposite sides is disposed in the center of the core 1 in the stacking direction. The cooling panel 4 comprises corrugate fins for feeding an non-inflammable cooling liquid and spacer bars for ensuring the strength sandwiched by panels through a brazing material. It is then subjected to hot press and a coupling flange is welded to the upper part of the panel. The cooling panel is brought into tight contact with the cooling face of core through an elastic sheet 10, e.g. a rubber sheet.</p> |
