PURPOSE: To continuously rotate a protective hood without requiring a special clamping collar by moving clamping members with an eccentric cam when a hand lever is rotated from a release position to a lock position, and crimping the clamping members to the inner wall of a clamping collar. CONSTITUTION: A protective hood 15 is fixed to a clamping neck 14 formed on the support flange 11 of a machine housing 10 by a clamping device 17. The clamping device 17 is provided with a locking means 17 engaged with the clamping collar 16 of the protective hood 15 and a hand lever 20 rotatably supported on the support flange 11. The locking means 17 is provided with multiple clamping members 18 movable in the support flange 11 and an eccentric cam 19 arranged between them. When the hand lever 20 is rotated from a release position to a lock position, the clamping members 18 are moved by the eccentric cam 19, and the clamping members 18 are crimped to the inner wall of the clamping collar 16, thereby the position of the protective hood 15 is continuously rotated over 360 deg.. |
