PURPOSE:To provide waste disposal material by which elution of hazardous heavy metal contained in waste is controlled and of which preserving stability is good. CONSTITUTION:Waste disposal material is constituted of both solid acid such as Al(SO4)3, aluminum silicate, AlPO4 and a consolidation preventive such as activated clay, activated alumina, calcium stearate and silica get as main constitutional components. A reducing agent, allophane, bentonite and furthermore zeolite and activated carbon may be added to the waste disposal material. Waste is treated by kneading fly ashes together with the disposal material. Thereby hazardous heavy metals contained in industrial waste are stabilized and the preserving stability of the disposal material is good. |
