METHOD AND EQUIPMENT FOR INSERTING SOLID MATERIAL BODY IN CAVITY WITHOUT DISTURBANCE

PURPOSE: To decide a route for inserting the object of a complicated form into a cavity which close engagement and to use it especially for the design and insertion of an inplant for prosthesis. CONSTITUTION: An object face 210 is drawn by the object face element 220 of a finite set, a cavity face 230 is drawn by the cavity face element 240 of the finite set and the set of a pair of the face elements are decided. The respective sets contain the object face element and the corresponding cavity face element. A side is volume which contains a pair of the face element but does not contain the other face elements, namely, the plural pairs of the face elements and object moving limits are provided for the respective pairs. Then, the face objects in the pairs are prevented from going through each other or from being detached from the sides by the movement of the object. The stepping movement of the object is decided to receive restriction along a satisfactory direction and a process is repeated with a new pair of the new set.
