a core to be a polymer having high strengh; the second shell(shell II) to be a polymer having high adhesivness; the first shell(shell I) to be a polymer having middle strenth and adhesivness of the core and shell II. The core comprises 40-50 wt.pts. of styrene, 20-30 wt.pts. of butadiene, 10-20 wt.pts. of methyl methacrylate, 5-15 wt.pts. of acrylonitrile, 1-5 wt.pts. of acrylic acid, and 10-20 wt.pts. of itaconic acid. The shell I comprises 35-45 wt.pts. of styrene, 30-40 wt.pts. of butadiene, 10-20 wt.pts. of methyl methacrylate, and 5-10 wt.pts. of acrylonitrile. The shell II comprises 25-35 wt.pts. of styrene, 40-65 wt.pts. butadiene, 10-15 wt.pts. of methyl mathacrylate, 5-10 wt.pts. of acrylonitrile, and 10-20 wt.pts. of acrylic acid.
