PURPOSE:To provide a water softener capable of surely informing a user of the time for starting the regeneration of ion exchange resin in the water softener for softening a raw water with the ion exchange resin. CONSTITUTION:This water softener is provide with a constant flow valve 23 disposed at the water passage of the raw water and for quantitatively fixing the flow rate of the raw water, a pressure switch 22 for detecting the flow of the raw water and a circuit part 25 for reporting that the water flow time integrated by the signal sent from the pressure switch 22 reaches the set time through an information means LED 27. Then, since the sum of the raw water softened with a water softening vessel 26 through the constant flow valve 23 is accurately recognized from the summed-up of the water flow time detected by the pressure switch 22, the time for starting the regeneration is surely reported to the user. |
