FIELD: data processing.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automation and can be used in systems for analysis of the current state of a controlled object for further decision making upon changing its controlled status. Core of the invention is that the proposed device allows to accurately evaluate the number of activated sensors in the controlled subsystem. Herewith multiple used sensors can be represented by sensors of identical or different types. When using sensors of identical types it is allowed to use thereof with adjustment to different operation thresholds. Accurate estimation of the process development enables to generate the subsystem control commands for its successful operation. Using the proposed device it is possible to have more detailed understanding on the state of the controlled subsystem. This in its turn, allows to reduce the time of making a decision on controlling the controlled subsystem before it enters the pre-emergency (emergency) state.EFFECT: technical result is accurate accounting of amount of active inputs of the ten possible ones activated from actuated sensors of the controlled system (subsystem) in any possible combinations.1 cl, 22 dwg
