METHOD FOR PREPARING SODIUM BI CARBONATE

Sodium percarbonate is prepared by (A) reacting sodium carbonate with stabilized hydrogen peroxide with agitation, while blowing cooled air using a cooler through which cooling water at 10˜-5 deg.C continuously flows ; and (B) continuously drying the product in a fluidized bed dryer by blowing hot air heated to 90˜140 deg.C at the flow rate of 4˜7m3/min. The water content is adjusted to 5˜20% for the reaction, and the height of fluidized zone is adjusted to 20-50cm.
