The apparatus is prepared for variously testing the performance of vehicles without a driver. It comprises an unmanned pedal driving part including a pair of actuation arms positioned on an acceleration pedal and a brake pedal, and a brake actuator and an acceleration actuator means actuating the arms, resp. a steering part including an auxiliary steering wheel rotating with a main steering wheel together; a means supporting the pedal driving part and the steering part. It is possible to perform the vehicle running test under any bad conditions.
