<p>PURPOSE:To determine the optimum specification of a continuous integrated process line in which the continuous process lines such as the continuous pickling line, cold rolling mill and continuous annealing line for a steel sheet are integrated. CONSTITUTION:The specification, operation conditions, production schedule of a material to be processed and line-shutdown information of each section comprising a line are inputted, a time (TS time) until the change of the state change of the material to be processed occurs first during processing in each section is calculated based on these inputted data, dynamic simulation based on the time is executed and the specification is corrected according to the result of the simulation. Even in the continuous integrated process line in which various kinds of lines having different characters are connected, the prediction of the actual production state is enabled in the design stage of the equipment and the study of the optimum specification is exactly executed.</p> |
