<p>PURPOSE:To improve separation efficiency by providing a gravity separation stage and an electrostatic separation stage in the separation process when a printed board is crushed, and the crushed material is separated into the part contg. a large amt. of metallic component and the part consisting of resin, filler, etc. CONSTITUTION:A printed board or a printed board carrying parts and the forming remainder generated in the production process of the printed board, etc., are crushed first in a crushing stage and then introduced into a separation stage. The part contg. a large amt. of a high-sp.gr. material such as metal is separated and recovered in the gravity separation stage, and the part contg. a large amt. of low-sp.gr. material such as resin and filler is separated and recovered in the electrostatic separation stage. Besides, the printed board, etc., are crushed to 0.03-1.00mm average diameter, and the separation efficiency is improved.</p> |
