CONSTITUTION:A demultiplexer 104 demultiplexes data Le1 subject to forced refresh among data compression coded by a video image coder 103 as high importance data and the demultiplexed data are processed by a channel of an FEC coder 107 having a high error correction capability, other data Le2 is processed by an FEC coder 106 and multiplexed by a multiplexer 108 and a modulator 108 and the result is transmitted. A signal demodulated by a demodulator 203 at a receiver side is separated into data Le1, Le2 by a demultiplexer 204, they are decoded by FEC decoders 205, 206 respectively and multiplexed by a multiplexer 209 and decoded by a video decoder 210. The content of frame compensation is changed in the video decoder 210 depending on error flags 1, 2 and the configuration of the transmitter-receiver is simplified.</p> |
