Modular multi-satellite distributor for satellite launcher

The multi-satellite distributor (14) is held in the upper stage (10) of a satellite launcher. The launcher has an outer protection surface (16). Satellites (12) are clustered around a central hub (18) and placed symmetrically at angular intervals and at two levels. The satellites are held in place on the central hub by interface units (20). The interface unit has mechanical fixing/release mechanisms and electrical interfaces between the satellite and launcher.
