<p>PURPOSE:To provide a changeover device of a valve having little pulsation of carried objects in the case of a device to carry consecutively heavily viscous objects by operating alternately a pair of cylinders. CONSTITUTION:Chuck valves 3, 4 are provided at the discharge openings of a pair of cylinders A, B, and poppet valves 5, 6 are provided at their suction openings, and at the perimeter of the pair of cylinders A, B, limit switches LS1, LS4 that are positioned in the vicinity of the reciprocation dead points of pistons 1, 2 in the cylinders A, B and can detect the pistons 1, 2 which have come to these positions, are provided, any by conducting the linking connection of these limit switches S1, S4 and the poppet valves 5, 6, when the piston of one side cylinder is positioned in the vicinity of a pressure delivery finish end, the poppet valve of the other side cylinder is closed, and the other side cylinder is made to conduct going motion. By overlapping the start end portions and the finish end portions of the pressure delivery processes of the pistons 1, 2 of the pair of cylinders A, B, the pulsation and the sudden pressure rise of carried objects can be mitigated.</p> |
