The method comprises the steps of detecting a set heating temperature; setting differently a difference of temperatures according to the detected result; comparing the detected heating temperature with the set heating temperature; if the detected temperature is higher than the set heating temperature, switching off the boiler; if the detected temperature is lower than the set heating temperature, recomparing the detected temperature with the temperature resulted by subtracting the set difference from the set heating temperature; if the detected temperature in the recomparison step is higher than the subtracted temperature, completing all operations; and in the opposite case, operating the boiler until the detected temperature is higher than the subtracted one.
