a heating water basin where a first passage is formed at the inner side of a cylinder which is integrated with a condensation basin; first and second heating water basins where a second passage is formed; a first connecting pipe for connecting the upper portion of the first heating water basin and the upper portion of the condensation basin; a second connecting pipe for connecting the lower portions of the condensation basin and the second heating water basin; a third connecting pipe for connecting the upper portion of the second heating water basin and the lower portion of the heating water basin; a vaporization chamber where a third passage is formed and having a steam discharging pipe formed at the top portion thereof, which is connected to an external siphon pipe and fixes an internal siphon pipe to be connected to the condensation basin; a curve pipe for connecting the heating water basin and the condensation basin; a curve air discharging pipe for connecting the condensation basin and an upper water basin; a grid plate fixed in a zigzag manner in the internal portion of the condensation basin; an intake check valve and an ejecting check valve fixed at the first and second heating water basins, respectively and connected by a heating pipe; and a compensating pipe forming a water compensating hole and connected to the intake check valve.
