<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a composite plastic molded product without using an adhesive, by a method wherein rigid plastic of a specific material and a flexible solid-formed member of a separate specific material are stuck and unified by melting one side of them at an interface. CONSTITUTION:Molten polypropylene resin is injected into a mold and a polypropylene molded body 1 of rigid plastic is molded. After solidification, a block copolymer of a styrene polymer, ethylene polymer and butylene polymer is injected in the mold and a molded body 2 of flexible plastic is formed. On this occasion, since the block copolymer is melt-injected, it is welded to the polypropylene molded body 1 at a boundary surface between the block copolymer and polypropylene molded body 1, the rigid plastic and flexible plastic can be integrated completely and excellent composite plastic molded product can be obtained without an adhesive agent nor fitting process.</p> |
