PURPOSE:To provide a device for objectively and quantitatively calculating an evaluation value in each evaluation item by evaluating a production planning planned for operating a production line producting plural kinds of products from the viewpoints of both of a purcheser's side and a producer's side. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a production planning state storing means 2 for storing set production plans, a master storage means 3 for storing reference data relating to the equipment or the like of a production line and a purcheser's satisfaction calculating means 7 for calculating the achievement of a purcheser's request for a production planning 29 stored in the means 2 based upon the reference data stored in the means 3 and calculating the achievement of a producer's object for the planning 29 similarly based upon the reference data stored in the means 3.
