<p>PURPOSE: To obtain an earthing device which has no danger of electric shock in the connecting and disconnecting time and the cleaning time of a bending hose, and its manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION: A flexible hose 10, a coupling 18, a ring 26, and an earthing wire 28 are provided. The bending hose 10 consists of an inner side core 14 and an outer side conductive sleeve 12. The coupling 18 consists of a coupling collar 20, a nut 22, and a coupling member 24. At first, the brass ring 26 and the collar 20 are fitted on the conductive sleeve 12 from the end 16 of the hose. Then, the male engaging part 24a of the coupling member 24 is inserted in the inner side core 14 through the nut 22, and set in the hose 10. Then, the ring 26 is pulled back on the collar 20, and the exposed end 30 of the earthing wire 28 is inserted between them, and the ring 26 is crimped to contact to the end 30 closely between the brass ring 26 and the brass collar 20.</p> |
