PURPOSE: To provide a method and system to provide security for each control in a window of a graphical user interface. CONSTITUTION: The system and method provide a limited access to various control functions of a graphical user interface 40. An object orientation sub class is selectively applied to each control, resulting that a hidden area to hide and to make invisible control information is defined when a window 42 having the control is generated or open. Then an access right is acquired to enter a password. Or whether or not the user or terminal is permitted is discriminated when the window 42 is generated or open and when not permitted, the hidden area is defined and displayed on control information. Access with various levels to control information such as display only and display/operation is provided.
