<p>PURPOSE:To save man-hour required for constituting a system by composing a piping system of models dividedly prepared for each unit operation range and preparing a specific sequence program with a general-purpose equipment name at each model. CONSTITUTION:Process order data and equipment number data are prepared by a unit gauge data preparing means 8 by using a graphic editor, defiled as unit gauge data together with set value data, down loaded through a communication bus and stored in a unit gauge data storage means 10. On the other hand, a unit gauge list storage means 11 stores a unit gauge list for each model describing the equipment consisting of a model with the general-purpose equipment name while defining that model as an operation unit. Further, a unit sequence program storage means 12 stores the specific sequence program prepared for each model by using the general-purpose equipment name. Thus, even when various kinds of piping system combination are provided, the amount of programs to be prepared can be reduced.</p> |
