<p>PURPOSE:To speedily cope with the sudden change of important monitoring data by collecting data with a preferred rate from a controller with a larger changing rate of important monitoring data. CONSTITUTION:At the time of receiving collected data from the controller, a changing rate calculation means 14 refers to an important data setting means 13 and when collected data is important monitoring data, the means 14 calculates the changing rate of this time value as against a last time value in important monitoring data. Then, a priority station writing means 15 compares the changing rate calculated by the changing rate calculating means and a changing rate limit value in an important data setting means, and when the changing rate is over a changing rate limit value as the result of this comparing, the means 15 writes priority station indicating information showing a controller sending important monitoring data into a priority station storage means 16. Then, when the priority station storage means is provided with priority station indicating information, an interruption collecting means 17 transmits a polling signal to the controller indicated in the priority station indicating information with the rate more preferential than the other controllers.</p> |
