METHOD FOR DETERMINING CAPABILITY OF IMPARTING GROWTH ACTIVITY

A method for determining capability of a sample to impart growth activity to an in vitro cultured cell line sensitive to an immunoregulatory factor, comprising cultivating cultured cells from said cell line in the presence of said sample, and evaluating said capability of said sample in comparison with capability obtained in a control cultivation of said cultured cells in the absence of said sample is disclosed. The method can be used to assay an immunological activity of said sample, and then diagnose an immune disease.
