<p>PURPOSE:To enhance seismic resistance, enclosing properties, heat insulating properties and waterproofing properties by adopting a both-sided stud wall framing finished structure for underlayer foundation structure and incorporating bracing members in a normal state for internal structure and enclosing post members or the like after having constructed the underlayer foundation with an enclosing means. CONSTITUTION:A stud-hidden wall type underlayer foundation structure is constructed with a ground sill, a post material 1, pole plates 2, stud materials and bracing members 4, and further angle braces which connect each of the pole plates 2 in such a fashion that no stud may be disclosed outside. When further constructing decorative finish structure in both-sided stud framing finished shape on the surface of the underlayer foundation structure, first, an external length extension material 11 and a water drip sheet metal material 12 or the like are mounted in parallel to a ground sill one after another, thereby shaping up a small wall 20 segmentally between the external length extension material 11 and the pole plate material 2. A lath substrate 13 is formed on the small wall 20 where a decorative material is mounted to the surface and fixed with hiden nails or the like. On one hand, a wind break and moisture prevention sheet 21 is pasted on the outside surface of an insulating material 5 below the external length extension material 11 where furring strips are mounted thereon so that an external wall material 23 may be pasted in the vertical direction.</p> |
