The device according to the present invention is intended for exact vertical alignment of a pole 4 in a prefabricated foundation 1 and comprises, on the one hand, a first outer conical ring 12 having an outer diameter corresponding to the upper supporting ring of the foundation, but provided with an internal hole which is not centred to the circular circumference of the element and, on the other hand, a second inner conical ring 14 having an outer diameter corresponding to the diameter for the internal hole in the first outer conical ring, the second inner conical ring 14 being correspondingly provided with an internal, non-centred hole corresponding to the diameter of the pole 4. When the inner element is placed in the outer element with their eccentrically placed holes rotated by 180 degrees in relation to one another, the hole of the inner conical ring 14 for the pole 4 will thereby be exactly centred relative to the circumference of the outer ring. By rotating the inner ring 12 in relation to the outer conical ring 14, the vertical alignment of the pole 4 can also thereby be exactly adjusted and locked without the use of additional locking members. <IMAGE>
