The system comprises a distribution valve(10) for supplying air in an air chamber(2) to an actuation part(20) by means of a piston(11), a supply valve for storing air in an sir tank(D) communicated with the other tank(C) prepared for supplying air to the actuation part, a relay valve(40) for supplying air in the tank to a dual brake means(60), a load-response valve for opening the connection passageway between the actuation part and the dual brake means and supplying air from the supply valve to the air tank according to the downward motion of the piston(52). The brake system is finally actuated by the dual pistons(61, 62) of the dual brake means operated by pneumatic air from the relay valve and the actuation part.
