摘要

The information communication terminal wherein a scanner and a printer are united is characterized in that an image sensor having a plurality of photo sensors and a plurality of thin film transistors and an image printer having a plurality of thermal printer heads and a plurality of high voltage thin film transistors are formed on one substrate in the same direction. This invention can minimize the size of the system, simplify the manufacturing process by forming the thin film transistors of the input/output devices at the same time and enhance the unit cost of production and the yield.
