METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MEASURING DOSE

PURPOSE:To obtain method and system for measuring dose in which high speed mass processing can be realized. CONSTITUTION:A cavity 3 is coupled with a sub-cavity 5 having a Q-value higher than that of the cavity 3 so that resonant state is sustained even if a dosimeter element 1 is taken out. The dosimeter element 1 is previously housed in the cavity 3 and the strength of magnetostatic field and the frequency of microwave under resonant state are determined as resonance conditions. One of the frequency of microwave or the strength of magnetostatic field is fixed and the other is swept in the vicinity of resonance conditions so that the dosimeter 1 can be replaced while sustaining the resonant state upon finishing the measurement of dose.
