<p>A bug collecting apparatus (10) comprising a frame (15) with a handle portion (16), and extending from the frame (15), is a removable net with an adhesive disposed thereon and may further include an insecticide disposed thereon. The net is supported in the frame (15) by a mounting member (20), which is mounted in a semi-circular portion (18) of the frame (15). The mounting member (20) is removable from the frame (15) and is held in place by a tab and a retaining peg. The apparatus (10) is further adapted to prevent the net from contacting a surface on which it is placed.</p> |
