Over a part of the anchoring bolt (1b) surface are located gripping elements for anchoring in a borehole of a building component, using a bonding mass. The bolt rear side carries a thread for fastening an object. The bolt front end carries a mixing extension (3b) with a tip (6), whose envelope surface is fitted with an annular arrangement of radially protruding cams (7), located peripherally and in aligned mutual spacing. Pref. the cams are mutually offset in axial direction such that a cam in a following row is aligned with the gap (12) in the preceeding one.
