The mould consists of a fibre reinforced plastic moulding, with an embossed surface and an applied, rear metal section. The coefficient of linear expansion of the metal is 10 /* 10<-6> - 30 /* 10<-6>, and to apply it, a resilient adhesive is used. In addition to the above mould, the method of use is also claimed. In this, a mixture of cement and reinforcing wood shavings, is spread onto the mould, forming a mat. To this, pressure is applied, prehardening it, followed by heating. The mixture contains cement, a reinforcing wood material and an additional material. The wood comprises: wood chips, shavings or turnings. The wood shaving dimensions are given approximately by: thickness 0.5-4 mm, length 1-30 mm and aspect ratio 5-60.
